Refund
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A refund on services is only applicable if the salon unit fails to provide the purchased service or the results are completely different than what was assured.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Hair colour or treatment services where the results are not meeting customer’s expectations despite a clear communication on the desired result
- Any side effects from the product due to negligence from the technician’s side
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again after 7 working days.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sornad.pinto@gmail.com
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Femina Flaunt Studio Salon, Ground Floor, Femina Flaunt, 204, CMR Main Rd, HRBR Layout 3rd Block, HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560043
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Non-refundable items:
● Offers, coupons, vouchers, and membership cards
● Skin, hair, and personal care items without the company seal
● Reduced treatment efficiency due to non-adherence to technicians’ and operators’ guidelines and advice from the customer’s end
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a late fee, which is equal to 25% of the scheduled service.
To respect the time of clients and staff, we ask you to be on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late may be charged to pay a late fee and may need to reschedule.
If you do not show up for an appointment, you will be charged 50% of the missed service.
We reserve the right to cancel an appointment. Should such a cancellation occur within 48 hours prior to your appointment time, a new appointment will be scheduled without additional fees, based on availability.
